Refunds and exchanges

We understand there may be reasons for refunds or exchanges. Therefore, all uniform items are fully exchangeable, as long as they have not been worn or altered.  
Refunds will only be offered in certain circumstances or if the item was faulty, for example:
•     has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
•     is unsafe
•     is significantly different from the sample or description
•     doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
